Using ILM endorsement assists Othella ® to focus on the real challenges that managers and leaders face and we can use our real experts with real experience of these challenges to deliver our training.

Othella® LLP Endorsed programme bespoke leadership and management training. Shows the quality of staff development within our organisation, the completion of one of our programmes often marks the start of formalised qualification for many of our participants 

With this unique approach the ILM monitor and endorse the overall quality of our programme. 

All participants on our programmes benefit from additional free support, information, networking and advice with ILM studying membership for a minimum of six months.
The programmes are run over 2 days with a commitment of the participant to attend the two day workshop and complete approximately 2hrs reading and reflection, this alongside 5hrs self - directed study which will include submission of a piece of work which will be assessed for the recognised endorsement.

Within 4 weeks of submission they should receive their certificate
