We have been asked to thought
share with you a booklet that the Women’s Business Council recently published
on the Gender Pay Gap.
This clearly sets out
what the Gender Pay Gap is and why addressing it is so important for employers

Please share this initiative called Board Apprentice. As you are aware, one of
the ways in which business can tackle the gender pay gap, is by supporting
female talent to reach board level, so helping to increase the number of women
in senior positions. Board Apprentice offers a simple and practical means for
businesses to mentor rising stars and develop future board members.
