A Day in History March 22nd 2016
Tuesday 22nd March will go down in history
"It takes time to make change but time is all it takes"
It never ceases to amaze me the power of passionate people who really do want to make a difference .
On this day I was privileged to
be part of the first ever Diversity Conference held on the Isle of Man. This was also the day that the same sex marriage bill was passed on the Island
The legislation is planned to be implemented sometime in the
summer the bill awaits its second reading in April.
To be part of this consortium of thought leaders is a real privilege this is going to be an amazing journey.
The event was founded by Founder Jean –
Paul Nguegang and hosted by Rodney Hinds The Voice.
Along with my fellow guest speakers we presented the business case for organisational globalisation Through out the day the same theme was echoed "the impact of international integration of capital."

Jean- Paul Nguegang, Rodney Hinds,
Dianah Warman OBE , Miranda Wayland,
Graeme Whippy MBE,
Dr Fiona Batels – Ellis OBE, Shaun Dellenty,
Heather Melville, Paul Seasy.
Thank you
